We are coming to the end of summer and we will miss tomatoes, basil and mozzarella so much. We like to serve them on our little cocktail picks. They come in copper, German Silver and brass. I wish you could taste these little Caprese salad picks.
We tried using the cocktail picks for martinis. They just were not long enough.
A martini is just not the same with one olive, so we decided to make a longer skewer that will hold up to 5 olives. It's almost like a salad. They will be great for shrimp skewers and pineapple skewers too I think. I will also try several Caprese salad cherry tomatoes lined up on mine.
