“Walk in the Woods” is a 14” copper fruit bowl chased and raised on a mild steel engraved pedestal. It was inspired by a walk in the woods in the Fall of the year. It is dedicated to Sarah James, who can no longer see, but can feel the textures.
The path to growth lies outside of your comfort zone, and we have stepped far outside of ours many times. Along our journey outside of our comfort zones we have learned a lot!
Even though we are barely into fall, the football games have started, and so has tailgating. We have a few creative ideas, including some hand made pieces that they will love.
Threw is a saying that this time of year you shouldn’t drive around with your windows down because people will fill your car with zucchini. Now I love zucchini more than most people, but we have managed to almost pick enough to fill our from 3 plants in our raised beds. I have never seen leaves this size or plants that were so productive.
