It was just too hot to do anything but sit in the shade, so that is exactly what we did. We sampled two of our cheeses. When you make cheese yourself it is always exciting to see what the taste will be. The Asiago, was especially good. We use tool steel - sometimes even old screwdrivers, railroad spikes or punches. We use grinders, sanders and hand polishing to make the tools.to make the work.
