Chapter 6 - Night Falls on Chaos
JB's usual monologue was the only sound in an otherwise quiet cab. “You'll love Pirate's Cove" he bragged. "We have some of the nicest folks you'd ever want to meet. The view is great and you don't have all of the chaos and tourists like Flamingo Bay.
Of course, you don't have much else either -- no hotels, only Linda's Diner to eat and The Far Horizon Bar and Grill. On the other hand, the folks are friendly and bound to help you out. You'll really get a kick out of Linda's breakfast. Everyone is there and everyone knows everyone else."

"I'm just here to study the effects of the hurricane's winds, currents and pressure on the coral. I have my tent and gear, so don't need a hotel. I'm sure I won't have time to deal with the locals." said Rodney with disdain as he turned and looked out into the darkness and held onto his seat for dear life.
The cab came to a screeching halt as JB stomped on the brakes. Rodney began to choke as the dust rose from under the cab. "Wow, what happened here?" yelled JB.
The crew from The Far Horizon was throwing buckets of salt water on the generator trying to put out the fire that started when it exploded.
Sammy was still on the ground from the blast, but sitting up now, and moaned "Oh, no, I'm going to have a scar on my leg."
Looks like everyone else is ok," replied Cappy, "but the generator is gone. Oh, hi JB. How's it going?"
"Well, better for me than you it looks like. I brought this scientist fella to work on the coral or something. Flamingo Bay is a mess, but not that much damage from the storm. Anything I can do for you guys?" replied JB, all in one breath.
