Kombucha has become fairly main stream.  Both Pepsi and Coke have entered the market with their own brands.  We love Kombucha but at about three dollars a bottle we decided to make our own.  

Copper Tea Strainer Hibiscus

It turns out that it is a very simple process and is reputed to have a number of health benefits.  You can find a lot of recipes on Pinterest.  It is far better and costs pennies to make.  It is simply fermented tea.  We flavor it with dried fruit. herbs or spices.  The flavor is mild and very fresh.

The color of the cranberry in this particular Kombucha is exquisite and we use our hibiscus tea strainer to strain out the pieces of fruit as we pour it into the glasses.  For more on the strainer  Click Here
