Tea has a whole different ambiance than coffee.   People will often "grab a quick cup of coffee", but we think of tea as a "sip".  The ritual and ambiance created by a beautiful tea service brings that little bit of cozy to the day.  These days it seems we are busy, rushed or stressed, but just a spot of tea can be relaxing. Of course we enjoy the variety of foods on a Charcuterie tray, but we call it a "Picky Plate".  This is a savory Tidbit Tray with ham, cheese, olives with muscadines As a contrast.  Muscadines are a grape native to the southern part of the US.    Sometimes we like a little different combination with dried fruit, nuts, chocolate and fresh fruit in our Tidbit Tray.  Which do you enjoy more? Things Don't Always Work - But Sometimes They Do

 This my favorite way to work.  I love the hammer and what it will do. We had an order for a special salad set  I would make the leaves and Don would make the handles.  We planned a good collaboration and The first leaf was good. But When I was creating the texture on the second leaf one hammer blow ruined the leaf. The third leaf was better. It matched the first so Don was able to add the handles to make the salad set and I ended up with a new (slightly imperfect) geranium bowl.  I call that a...
