We had Green Curry a few days ago. Curry is such a delightful blend of savory / sweet spices and heat - sometimes a lot of heat. It seems that you can use almost any vegetable with any meat and serve it over rice. It's all in the spices.

Chutney is great with curry - sweet with heat lights up your taste buds, but we have found that whole cranberry sauce with just a touch of allspice is perfect with hot curry.
