We had Green Curry a few days ago. Curry is such a delightful blend of savory / sweet spices and heat - sometimes a lot of heat. It seems that you can use almost any vegetable with any meat and serve it over rice. It's all in the spices. Chutney is great with curry - sweet with heat lights up your taste buds, but we have found that whole cranberry sauce with just a touch of allspice is perfect with hot curry. This my favorite way to work. I love the hammer and what it will do. We had an order for a special salad set I would make the leaves and Don would make the handles. We planned a good collaboration and The first leaf was good. But When I was creating the texture on the second leaf one hammer blow ruined the leaf. The third leaf was better. It matched the first so Don was able to add the handles to make the salad set and I ended up with a new (slightly imperfect) geranium bowl. I call that a...
